I started off coming to blue Sunday A few years back for the happy hour. The prices were are still are great!
Throughout most of the pandemic they were open, practiced social distancing and even had temperature checks when you walk in.
Currently they’re updated to the new guidelines ready to entertain!

I love the: Monday wing nights…Wings are $8 (for 8 BIG wings) as well as $6 Long Islands; and their taco Tuesday nights… Tacos are $6 (with all the fixings) as well as the margaritas; Wednesday used to be live karaoke night… I don’t think they have it anymore, but hopefully they’ll bring it back!
This time we went for happy hour but also for my dad‘s 76th birthday! It was truly awesome. Our server Mike made it a nice evening… Which was a pretty challenging task seeing that he had a lot of other tables to manage as well (I like to observe the setting).
The ambience is nice… Dim lighting but very swanky, it feels like you’re ready to have a celebration. And the music selection is awesome, modern and upbeat!

We ordered a bunch of stuff from the happy hour menu including: cheesesteak eggrolls, fries, mozzarella sticks, crab bruschetta, chicken wings, Philadelphia sushi roll, Godzilla sushi roll, curried fried rice, and drinks: strawberry delight, Long Island, and a Mojito. We also ordered some regular dinner items like the salads, crabcakes, and for the kids: quesadillas and chicken fingers.
The happy hour food is absolutely delicious… So you might want to splurge a little on drinks and order the top shelf liquors!
We had so much food that we had to take leftovers! But that’s the type of party we like lol.
Mike stayed in communication with me the entire time and we were able to surprise dad with a cake .. he had no idea !

Mike served the kids first to keep them fed and entertained and then the adults which was really nice because you can kind of monitor the kids, and sometimes I think kids orders are an afterthought at restaurants, but they felt really included.
*The staff was really nice about allowing us to bring balloons and a cake (which I checked before hand and they gave us everything that we needed to cut and serve the cake and they arranged the candles)!

*I can do another post about the cake information!
But I would say blue Sunday was definitely a success although I’ve been there a bunch of times before this was a whole new experience celebrating with the family!
